Djen-djen Port Jijel

The Port of Djen Djen is the largest port in Algeria and this place among the largest port works in the Mediterranean. Located in the Wilaya of Jijel in eastern Algeria, it enjoys a strategic position less than 50 miles from the sea route linking the Suez Canal to the Strait of Gibraltar, this position gives it a privileged role. The Port of Djen Djen covers an area of 210 hectares, with a draft of up to -18.20m. With a draft of up to -18.20m, the Port of Djen Djen is among the largest port works in the Mediterranean.
