The Boat House of Racine, located at The Boat House of Racine. Richard Schumacher 414 350 3479 new owner. This marina has been here for a long time, and this is the third or fourth owner in the last couple of decades. Years ago It was Palmer Johnson facility. They have two travel lifts and two buildings. They rent seasonal slips and usually have a transient slip available.
