About Fairwinds Marina

Fairwinds Marina in Warwick, Rhode Island, was purchased in October of 2017 by Eric Presbrey and Joe McGrady. The two life long friends are also the owners of the Dutch Harbor Boatyard in Jamestown, RI. They have extensive experience in the Rhode Island boating industry and are poised to make Fairwinds a very special, private, family-friendly marina. They empower their employees to succeed and believe in taking the utmost care of their customers. They have assembled an amazing team that is the driving force behind their success. They take great pride in their ownership and it shows. The rapid and on going renovations at Fairwinds are a testament to their constant commitment to be an industry leader and provide the best possible service and boating experience for each of their customers.

The Ida Lewis Yacht Club (ILYC), established in 1928, is a prestigious private yacht club situated on Lime Rock in Newport Harbor, Rhode Island. Named in honor of the renowned lighthouse keeper Ida Lewis, the club occupies the historic Lime Rock Light, which now serves as its clubhouse. Berthing: The club offers 25 slips for members, with transient moorings available to members of reciprocal yacht clubs. Mooring rates are approximately $65 per night, and reservations are accepted 48 hours in advance. Please note that catamarans are not accommodated due to space constraints in the mooring field. Dock Services: Facilities include floating docks with a mean low water depth of 8 feet and an approach depth of 12 feet, accommodating a variety of vessels.
